Archipelago

Fjäderholmarna (20 mins)

A real taste of the archipelago only minutes from Stockholm City. Restaurants, cafes, shops and even an outdoor theatre all only 20 mins from town.

Vaxholm (1hr)

The many attractive shops of this historic town are easy to explore on foot.
Vaxholm castle lies on a small island opposite the town.

Grinda (1½ hrs)

The 'green island' is popular for swimming and sports activities, with a real sense of remoteness.

Utö (3 ½ hrs)

The 'mining island' is also the ultimate archipelago island, with something for everyone.

Sandhamn (2½/3½hrs)

With its fine sandy beaches and Sailing Club, the island is a haven for both swimmers and sailors.
